📦 How long does shipping take?

🛠️ Do you offer assembly services?

At the moment, our grills are shipped partially assembled with clear instructions. Most customers complete assembly in under an hour.


🧾 What payment methods do you accept?

At AmericanBBQPRO, we only accept bank transfer payments to ensure secure and traceable transactions.

Every order is carefully packed and insured, but if your product arrives with visible damage, please:

  2. Refuse the delivery if damage is severe

We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

All of our grills come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering structural integrity, burner systems, and defects. Some models include extended warranties — details are listed on each product page.
